How to Add a New User
1. Click on 'Menu' icon
2. Go to "User Settings
3. Click on Add User
4. Enter User’s First Name & Last Name
5. Enter a valid Email address
This email will be used as the user's login ID.
6. Set a Secure Password
Create a password that meets the following criteria:

Minimum 8 characters long
-
Contains at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)

Contains at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
-
Contains at least one digit (0–9)
7. Select User Role
Choose an appropriate role for user:
-
Global Admin – Best for business owners and company administrators
-
Application Admin – Best for managing users and teams
-
User – Best for interacting with app features & functionalities
