With the latest version of Ejento AI on app.ejento.ai, we’ve replaced the traditional Knowledge Base with Corpus—a more advanced and flexible tool for managing and sharing information across your assistants.

What is Corpus?

Corpus serves as a central repository for documents and information that can be indexed and accessed by any assistant (formerly known as assistants) on Ejento AI. It offers a flexible structure for organizing and sharing knowledge across multiple assistants, rather than limiting resources to a single one.

  1. Broad Access: Unlike the previous Knowledge Base, a single Corpus can now be used by multiple assistants, facilitating shared knowledge across projects.

  2. Multiple Input Methods: Corpus supports document uploads in various formats, including:

    • Files (e.g., PDFs, Word documents)
    • Text blobs
    • Web Links
    • Email indexing
    • SharePoint indexing
  3. Customizable and Scalable: Users can name and describe each Corpus, making it easier to manage and scale as your needs grow.
